Ballroom Dance Class

What do we do?

• 4 ballroom dances – quickstep, waltz, foxtrot and tango
• 4 Latin dances – cha cha cha, rumba, samba and jive
• Sequence dances
• Line dances
• Some fun group dances
• Some Scottish ceilidh dances

What do we need to bring?

Proper footwear is essential when dancing. Sling back shoes for ladies are not recommended because there is no support to ankles. Having no support could cause going over on an ankle which may result in an injury. Comfy fitting shoes with a small heel is best.
