Join the 3Towns OIR

The Annual Membership runs from September to August and costs £5 per person.
(New members joining from March costs £2.50)

If you would like to join the 3Towns OIR then you have to meet the following criteria:
1. Be over 50 years of age.
2. Live in the Ardrossan, Saltcoats, or Stevenston (or surrounding areas).
3. Are able to participate in the OIR programme.

To apply please download and print the form below, fill it in and then present it together with your £5 fee to the group leader of the activity you wish to join. They will then give you a membership card. The card can only be obtained from the group leader.

Note: OIR members are reminded that all 3 Towns OIR activities are undertaken at their own risk. The decision of fitness lies with the individual member. If unsure, consult your local medical practice. Members are covered by a Group Liability Insurance in case of accident or injury during activities.
